Driveway Resin - MIX IT YOURSELF
2 part of approximately 7.5kg resin bound, 75kg of 2-5 mm aggregate, 25kg of 1-3 mm aggregate and 6.25kg of bonding sand.
Contingency of waste % is not included in this method due to the possibility of overestimation.
Depending on the required thickness: 15mm or 18mm, there are 2 mix design options as follows:
if driveway resin thickness is 15 mm - the mix will cover up to 4.0 m2
if driveway resin thickness is 18 mm - the mix will cover up to 3.5 m2
Mix design recommended by the leading driveway resin specialists shall include 2 part of approximately 7.5kg resin bound, 75kg of 2-5 mm aggregate, 25kg of 1-3 mm aggregate and 6.25kg of bonding sand.
